What a good dinner! I steamed up some cabbage, swiss chard, and spinach (the chard and spinach from my garden!)

I just LOVE eating out of the garden. For some reason, it's incredibly exciting to eat something that grew just a few feet from the front door. I can only imagine what it would feel like to be totally (or even mostly) sustainable.
