Every once in awhile I need a reminder how important breathing is.  And uninterrupted sleep.  I have been fortunate that most of the illnesses I get never go to my lungs.  This time it did and it totally sucks.  Up all night.  Mouth and throat feel burned from the stuff coming up.  Pulled something in my side from all the coughing, so now even taking shallow breaths hurts.   And the reoccuring fevers every night drain me.  And the worse part is I have to follow up with the doctor-I really really hate going to doctors.

BUT  I am very thankful.  I do get stuff like this so rarely.  There are many people in the world who have to suffer with lung illnesses constantly, and never have an easy time taking the breaths I take for granted every day. So if it takes getting something like this every once in awhile to remind me to be thankful for my general good health, okay.  No problem.

After taking a much needed time out, I have decided that you (the world at large) probably don't completely suck.  Well, maybe just a few small parts of it.  And that it might be a good idea if I rejoined the rest of the human population again.

I spend the least amount of time of anyone I know online.  So, I never really thought about how hard it would be to have to go without my computer.  I went three days, and by the end of the third, I was desperate.  I knew by the end of the day yesterday I was buying a new one.

I find it funny yet so very sad that I am so dependant on a piece of technology.  I am not even sure what bills I need to pay without it!!  Or where they go.  What would I do of I had to live without one altogether?  Scary thought.  Made me think alot.

I survived 3 weeks of the parents...

And you know, maybe the older I get the more patient I am.  They didn't really drive me nuts this time.  I kinda wish they would turn around and come back.  I worry about Dad.  He was always superman to me.  But I really saw him age between these last visits.  He is doing good for all his medical conditions, but I can tell time and multiple strokes are really starting to take their toll.

One of my favorite residents was beat up last night,.  By her drugee sister.  She is very sick, and her sister overpowered her, tied her up with coaxial cable, and beat the crap out of her.  The things that human beings will do to each other...

*  Door charges for entry to strip club - $10

* Three watered-down colas - Way too much damn money

* So much cigarette smoke my eyes are still burning today- Only for my niece's bachellorette party

* Having hot, overly muscle-bound men drip sweat all over me all night - Ewww

* The expression on my nieces' faces as they watched same hot, overly muscle-bound men  spank my breasts by the stage and me spank their asses-priceless

* Watching nieces and their mom as their mom got lap dance (her daughter bought without her knowledge) from 22 year old stud wanna  be while she kept saying you are jail bait and trying to push him away without touching him- Worth every penny spent!!
